Who counts toward the estimate?
Active students determine the student band. Teachers and other staff are excluded from this calculation. Confirm your active enrollment with the Education team before a final quote.
What does an annual estimate mean?
The approved annual rate equals ten monthly payments. The comparison shows the saving against twelve monthly payments. It is a planning estimate, not an activated subscription.
Can the school keep records in Liberian dollars?
The workspace supports separate USD and LRD school-finance records. The software subscription estimate on this page is in USD; no automatic exchange rate or LRD subscription price is assumed.
Are fees and external services included?
Taxes, payment processing, SMS, mailbox services and any separately configured external services are not included in these introductory estimates. Confirm the full scope and charges in a final quote.
Is a school website included in the discussion?
Yes. Tell us whether your school needs a public website, news, admissions inquiries and a gallery. We will review publishing responsibilities and the scope of your school’s setup during the demonstration.
Does Digital Schools equipment come with this plan?
No. Computer labs, solar power, connectivity and infrastructure agreements belong to the separate Digital Schools Initiative. A software estimate does not include equipment or establish a financing agreement.
