Terms for using FreedomOS.
These terms describe the rules for using FreedomOS subscriptions, trials, websites, apps, and connected business workflows.
1. Service
FreedomOS provides business operating software for customer management, quoting, scheduling, field operations, invoicing, payments, reporting, websites, and related workflows. Available features depend on the selected plan, configuration, business type, and any required third-party setup.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, assigning appropriate user access, and activity performed through your organization account. You may not use FreedomOS to violate law, abuse systems, interfere with other customers, or access information you are not authorized to use.
3. Trials and subscriptions
When a trial is offered, its duration and included access are shown during signup and pricing. A trial does not guarantee access to every integration or optional service. Paid access begins according to the subscription selected at checkout. Plan features, limits, and pricing shown at checkout control the subscription purchase.
4. Billing, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation
Subscription charges are billed according to the billing terms shown at purchase. Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation timing, and any prorated treatment are handled according to the checkout and account-management flow available to the subscriber at that time. Cancelling stops future renewal according to the applicable billing period; it does not automatically erase business records.
5. Customer payments and third parties
Where FreedomOS supports payment processing, maps, email delivery, hosting, or other third-party services, those services may require separate activation, account approval, credentials, fees, or provider terms. FreedomOS does not guarantee that every third-party integration is available to every subscriber.
6. Subscriber data
Subscribers are responsible for the customer, employee, operational, financial, and other business data they enter into FreedomOS and for having appropriate authority to use that data. FreedomOS processes data to provide and secure the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability and changes
FreedomOS may update features, interfaces, security controls, infrastructure, or plan packaging. We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
8. Termination and misuse
Access may be limited or suspended for security risks, unlawful use, material abuse, nonpayment, or other serious violations of these terms, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
9. Subscriber communications
Optional FreedomOS subscriber text messages are governed by the SMS Terms. SMS consent is not required to sign up or purchase FreedomOS. Subscribers can manage SMS and email reminder preferences in their account.
