Your questions, answered.

Frequently asked questions

Is equipment guaranteed?

No. Registration is an expression of interest. Equipment, funding, financing and installation depend on readiness, agreements and availability.

Do we need a SchoolCRM subscription?

No. Infrastructure applicants can use a limited program account. Existing school accounts keep their school identity.

Does paying for a lab pay for SchoolCRM?

No. Software subscriptions and infrastructure contracts, payments and ownership are independent.

Can we start with five computers?

Yes, a useful Phase 1 can be considered. The application clearly shows partial coverage and a proposed expansion plan.

When does the school own the equipment?

According to the legally reviewed contract, after required settlement, reconciliation, approvals and signed handover. A dashboard balance alone does not transfer title.

Can donors view individual students?

No. Sponsors receive approved aggregate impact reports. Student identities, grades and private project artifacts remain protected.

How are complaints handled?

Contact Education support or open a scoped dispute from your infrastructure workspace. Reviews and decisions retain an audit history.
